QLoans L.L.C. ("QLoans," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed mortgage brokerage (NMLS 2083677), not a mortgage lender or loan servicer. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information submitted through https://myqloans.com and related QLoans brokerage services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, mortgage-service needs, information you voluntarily provide in forms or communications, and technical information such as browser, device, and website usage data. Do not send sensitive financial information by text message.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to respond to requests, provide mortgage brokerage services requested by the consumer, support current QLoans clients, coordinate appointments and requested documents, operate and improve our website and services, prevent fraud, comply with law, and send communications authorized by the recipient. QLoans places mortgage applications with wholesale lenders when separately authorized as part of the brokerage services requested by the consumer. SMS consent is not used or transferred for that purpose.

SMS PRIVACY

If a current QLoans brokerage client voluntarily opts in at https://myqloans.com/sms-opt-in, QLoans may send up to 4 recurring automated or manually generated customer-care text messages per month about the existing QLoans brokerage-client relationship. Messages are limited to requested administrative customer support, appointment confirmations and reminders, confirmation that requested documents were received, updates about QLoans brokerage services, and responses to customer-initiated questions.

QLoans does not use this SMS program for loan offers, rate promotions, new-loan solicitations, life-insurance marketing, or messages to applicants, prospects, purchased leads, shared leads, affiliate leads, or third-party lead lists. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to wholesale lenders, third parties, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies even where other information-sharing provisions may permit sharing. SMS consent is never transferred. We may disclose mobile information only to service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the requested messages, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions, or when required by law.

OTHER DISCLOSURES

Information other than mobile information and SMS consent may be disclosed to service providers supporting our business, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement when legally required, or wholesale lenders when separately authorized by the consumer for requested mortgage brokerage services. We do not sell personal information.

DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and legal obligations.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, unsubscribe from email, or opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
