SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROGRAM NAME AND SPONSOR

The QLoans Customer Care SMS Program is operated by QLoans L.L.C., a licensed mortgage brokerage (NMLS 2083677). It is only for current QLoans brokerage clients who have an existing client-service relationship with QLoans. Messages are limited to requested administrative customer support, appointment confirmations and reminders, confirmation that requested documents were received, updates about QLoans brokerage services, and responses to customer-initiated questions. QLoans does not fund or service mortgage loans in its own name through this program. This SMS program does not send loan offers, rate promotions, new-loan solicitations, life-insurance marketing, or messages to applicants, prospects, purchased leads, shared leads, affiliate leads, or third-party lead lists.

CONSENT

By voluntarily checking the optional SMS Customer Care Consent box at https://myqloans.com/sms-opt-in and submitting a mobile number, the current QLoans brokerage client agrees that QLoans may send recurring automated and manually generated customer-care text messages regarding the existing QLoans brokerage-client relationship. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST

Up to 4 recurring program messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and a current QLoans brokerage client.

PRIVACY

Your participation is governed by the QLoans Privacy Policy at https://myqloans.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

CHANGES

QLoans may modify or discontinue the program or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
