PROGRAM NAME AND SPONSOR

The QLoans SMS Program is operated by QLoans L.L.C. Messages may concern mortgage, lending, life-insurance information, requested lead follow-up, appointments, service updates, and promotional offers.

CONSENT

By checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form and submitting your telephone number, you expressly agree that QLoans may send recurring automated or manually generated marketing and informational text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
